IVER CARNIVAL FANCY DRESS PARADE

ENTRY FORM
Lead the Iver Carnival procession in fancy dress and you have the chance to win great cash prizes donated by our corporate sponsors. At the same time you will be helping to raise funds for our local cancer hospice, Thames Hospicecare, which provides respite care and support for patients and their families.
Entrants are divided into age groups ‘11 and under’ and ‘12 and over’ and there is a special prize for team entries (any age but 2 or more people with a theme). Use of our Rotary Club colours of Yellow and Blue will be “advantageous”
Entry forms should be sent to the address below, to arrive by Saturday 6th September
and an entry fee of £1 per person is payable on the day.
Entrants should assemble
at Huntsmoor Park Farm, Iver Lane by 1.30pm on the day of the parade. Those aged
11 or under must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times. The procession
will move along Iver Lane, Iver High Street and on to the Evreham Centre, Swallow
Street where judging will take place. Please remember the judges’ decision is final!
